Angel Olsen hails from St. Louis Missouri Olsen is from St. Louis, Missouri. However, she currently lives in Asheville North Carolina. Olsen is the writer of six studio album, such as: Big Time Burn Your Fire For No Witness My Woman all mirrors half Way Home. The reason is that my mom is amazing with kids. The parents of her adopted daughter aged 3 and looked after her for her since birth. I was more interested in their childhood because we are separated by many years. As a child I imagined what life would have been like in the 30s and 50s. Personal Life. Olsen announced her homosexuality on the 16th of April, 2021. In 2022 Olsen admitted that her relationship with partner Adele Thibodeaux had ended and she had been dating her an old friend of many years and musician Meg Duffy for a few months during 2020. Her first job was in coffee houses within St. Louis during her teens. Soon, she expanded and established a network of musicians who had the same views. Olsen moved into Chicago after a move to California in the year 2006. In 2007 she joined Emmett Kelly's Cairo Gang. All Mirrors, her previous album from 2019, featured the dark, gothic sound of synth rock as well as moving excursions into orchestral pop. Big Time was the first Olsen's album to sing about lesbian desire. On this album, she shifted to a music genre that has an extensive history. This is logical.
